The online survey and experimentation system as well as Lifesampling app is managed by the UDI-FPLSE, IT devision of the Faculty of Psychology, Speech Therapy and Education in the University of Liège. This system offers faculty researchers the opportunity to easily, securely and quickly set up online questionnaires or experiments. Data that researchers receive through online questionnaires are used for scientific purposes only. The information you voluntarily provide on this site is stored and transmitted securely. Responsible researchers do not disclose, give or sell personal information about the survey and participants. Researchers use the information you provide to detect general trends, and no non-anonymous individual data is disclosed.
When transmitting your data over the Internet, security is ensured by encryption. The encryption technique using https ensures that third parties cannot decipher what goes on the line that connects the customer's computer to our server. In order to be certain that you communicate well with the UDI-FPLSE of the University of Liège, you can control the certificate issued by SECTIGO for the site surveys.fplse.uliege.be of the organization University of Liège - UDI-FPLSE.
The server with which you communicate and where the data is stored is protected by a firewall that prevents any other communication than the ones required by the https protocol. Only the researchers responsible for the investigation and the computer team of the UDI-FPLSE have access to the data. Access to the survey and data import management pages is protected by multi-factor authentication. If you have received an e-mail with a coded link, know that researchers will never have access to this E-mail when they collect the data (the E-mail may be present in the database but always be hidden for the researcher). Once the data collection is complete, the researcher can delete the survey from the server. In this case all the data from the survey are permanently deleted from the server. The server is hosted in the SEGI (Service général d'Informatique) in an ISO27001 certified infrastructure that defines the requirements in terms of Information Technology - Security Techniques - Information Security Management Systems. Data stored on the server are encrypted.
The cookie is a text file saved on your computer when viewing a website. It allows to store information about the user and thus to facilitate navigation on the website. The cookies we use are by no means a means to collect data about you or to collect your browsing history.
This system uses a session cookie that contains:This cookie is ephemeral. This session cookie disappears when you leave the browser or almost always when you validate your questionnaire.
The information collected depends on the questionnaire encoded by the researcher. The first page of the questionnaire tells you what this information is, why it is collected and how it will be used. This introductory page should also ask you for your informed consent.
In most cases, the data is collected anonymously, but in some cases access is based on the use of the e-mail address. Either because the invitation was sent to you by E-mail, or because the E-mail allows you to obtain a personalized link that will allow you to fill out the questionnaire in several times. Most of the time there is no way to link the e-mail to the answers of the questions. There are nevertheless cases where for reminder questions, the information remains in the database. In these rare cases, at no time will a researcher have access to an e-mail address and therefore will not be able to identify who has answered this or that answer. It should also be noted that e-mail addresses and possible passwords are deleted automatically when the researcher takes the survey offline.
If in the questionnaire there is a question that can identify you (if you are asked for your email, your phone number, your name or your address for example) you are never obliged to answer it and if you have requests, you must send them to the investigator responsible for the survey. Note that if after a question you have entered your email, the access system to your data below will detect it and tell you.
In this case, you are not answering a questionnaire, no personal data is collected.

Fill out this form with your e-mail address and the system will send you the instructions that will allow you to request the rectification and the limitation of treatment.
If you have given permission to a Therapist-Researcher to send you questionnaires and would like to have access to the data collected. Address your request to jsougne@uliege.be, mentioning the therapist-researcher's code and the pseudonym you gave him/her.
The online survey system allows researchers to insert an informed consent model approved by the Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Psychology, Speech Therapy and Education. Any survey starts with an introductory page explaining the research and asking for informed consent.
The online survey system allows researchers to use a pre-established procedure that manages age verification and requires the parents 'or guardians' consent for the child to access the questionnaire.
